Conditions of use
BIZ-direct.co.uk cannot be held responsible for content of external
websites. Whilst we do check each link when it is added to our website,
content may change at any time.
1. Application of these conditions of use
By accessing or using any part of BIZ you agree to be bound by the
following conditions of use. If you do not wish to be bound by these
conditions, you may not access or use BIZ.
We may change these conditions at any time without any notice to you.
By your continued access and use of BIZ you agree to be bound by the
most current version of the conditions of use. Please check these
conditions periodically for any changes that have been made.
2. Copyright and database right
Except where otherwise noted, BIZ owns legally and beneficially all
the intellectual property rights in the content of all the BIZ web
pages (including the design, text, graphics and arrangement thereof)
and in the software used therein. Such intellectual property rights
include, without limitation, copyrights and database rights in the
information displayed as BIZ Search results which are extracted from
a compilation owned by Oranda Design.
3. Permitted uses
No materials from BIZ may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, broadcast,
shown or played in public, republished, uploaded, posted, stored,
transmitted or distributed in any way or adapted or changed in any
way.
We cannot take responsibility for email communications that may be
sent from the use of this site. Please consider this when you place
your email address on your business entry.
4. Payment Security
BIZ use the payment service provider Paypal
to process all our online payments.
BIZ never receive any of your payment details.
Your credit card / debit card statement will display Paypal for
any transaction undertaken through BIZ.

5. Refunds / Cancellations
BIZ do not provide refunds on any advertising space that has been
paid for. You enter into the agreement that you are contracted to
the advertising time length that you pay for on registration within
BIZ. You can cancel your advertisement at any time but will not receive
a refund for the outstanding time not used.
